The Martin Theatre opened its doors for the second time in November of 1990 with a staff of one. Since that time a Greenroom, a 1500 square foot reception and meeting room, along with wing space and restrooms, two full time staff members and a host of volunteers, have all been added all with one goal... to serve our community in the best possible way.

The Marina Civic Center is located in beautiful downtown Panama City, Florida. After a $6 million renovation in 1994, the center now houses a 2,508 seat theatre, three 980 square foot meeting rooms, a fully equipped stage, and industry standard sound and lighting systems.

Paul Brent is a Panama City artist whose work is known worldwide. He first came to Bay County in 1969 and his paintings in watercolor and oil have deftly portrayed the many aspects of the area capturing the innate beauty on paper and canvas. Often he is referred to as America’s best know coastal artist and he is best known for his idyllic watercolors of coastal life.
